Consider using the white noise app on your phone for a better night's sleep due to outside noise from the hallway.

I stayed one night, primarily to visit the nearby Wicomico County Youth & Civic Center. The breakfast selection was impressive, with plenty of options including eggs, sausages, and yogurt. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the comfortable bed despite the somewhat noisy air conditioner. On the downside, the overall appearance upon entry felt a bit dated, and the bathroom needed some minor maintenance. But overall, the stay was satisfactory given the price and location.

Great breakfast and comfy beds
The highlight of my stay was the lovely breakfast with various choices like yogurt, eggs, and waffles, which fueled my day. The staff was exceptionally friendly, making check-in seamless.
However, the shower had a bit of a drainage issue, and the AC could be noisy at times. The room door required a careful push to close properly, which was a minor inconvenience.

The Microtel in Salisbury had some standout features. The renovations just completed in January showed in how fresh and updated my room felt. The layout was efficient, making the best use of space. Coffee in the morning was good, a nice perk to start the day. The staff members were exceptionally friendly. one woman at the front desk went above and beyond, offering to upgrade my room to a suite for just $15 more, which I appreciated. However, the air conditioning unit made a lot of noise, which wasn't conducive to watching TV. The sink in the bathroom had a minor drainage issue but it was easy to address. Overall, I had a pleasant stay, but they could improve on sound insulation and bathroom upkeep for a better experience.

The free breakfast options were quite pleasant.
Upon entering, I noticed the hotel had a generally unclean vibe. The room I stayed in had a moldy smell and the floors seemed neglected, with dust and dirt under the bed. To add to my discomfort, I found hair from previous guests left on items throughout my room, which was especially unsettling.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our queen room was very clean and cozy, and the breakfast options were varied and tasty. Loved the well-lit areas around the hotel, which made us feel safe walking in at night.
The bathroom sink had a minor drainage issue, but it was easily fixed. Also, the TV remote was a bit finicky and required some tricks to work properly.

The location was a hit with my family, especially the teens. We explored Poplar Hill Mansion, a gem from the 18th century, and the staff was super accommodating, ensuring our stay was comfortable.

The Queen Room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the variety of breakfast options. The AC worked well, but it was a bit noisy at times. I appreciated the big fridge and the microwave in the room. A minor downside was the lack of drawer space for my things, which made it a bit cramped.
